Can I round up :) Lost 1 lb 10 oz since yesterday. AND I think I found the culprit of how I went UP 5 oz yesterday. I was miscalculating calories - and was coming in UNDER the 500 mark! (that and needed some smooth move :) tea) I think it is imperative that instead of just eyeballing your fruit portions, weigh them instead. 3.5oz of grapefruit, and 1/2 grapefruit (2 oz) is quite a big difference when you are counting calories. Same goes for apple portions!
I have been tracking all of my food intake at fitday.com - even if you aren't on a "diet" this is a really cool site that helps you keep track of what goes in your mouth. It's amazing at how fast calories add up!
